About This Website

I was born in Grafton, North Dakota, and grew up in south Minneapolis. I attended the seminary in Mt. Calvary, WI, and graduated from the University of Detroit. I am a certified spiritual director through Sacred Ground Spirituality Center in St. Paul, MN, and have many years of experience as a pastoral minister, leading prayer and worship services and mentoring. I was also certified as an Enneagram trainer, strengths coach, and a former Capuchin Franciscan Friar. Franciscan, Benedictine, Carmelite, and Ignatian spirituality have profoundly influenced my spiritual journey and how I engage my unique sense of creativity and wonder in photography, gardening, reading, and writing. With an abundance of gratefulness and deep curiosity, I still seek to connect with all the other charisms I have yet to discover. No matter who we are, rich or poor, female or male, black or white, straight or gay, professor or janitor, Catholic or Muslim, famous or not so much, each of us has the very DNA of the Divine Presence within our being. Knowing that I live and have being because God loves me, I chose to respond to God’s love as a Spiritual Director and companion and to live in the graces of liminal spaces and as a sign of hope and faith in the endless gifts of God’s mercy and love. It would be an honor to journey with you on your spiritual journey.
